Ellinwood Clinic will be offering free sports physicals on July 21 from 9 a.m. to noon and July 31 from 9 a.m. to noon. Appointments are necessary. Please be sure to fill out your KSHSAA Physical form prior to your appointment. https://www.kshsaa.org/public/pdf/form-ppe.pdf
