Ellinwood Hospital & Clinic is looking for a Hometown Hero!

As part of Hometown Heroes Night at the September 11 Ellinwood Eagles football game, we're asking our community to help us recognize a local first responder, veteran or military member who has made a difference through their service to others.

One nominee will be selected as the 2026 Ellinwood Hospital & Clinic Hometown Hero, receive a $500 award, and be recognized during a special halftime presentation on September 11.

​

Nominees may include current or retired firefighters, EMS professionals, law enforcement officers, dispatchers, active-duty military members, National Guard or Reserve members, and veterans from Ellinwood and the surrounding area.

Nominations close September 8.
